Letter from founder Chef Michelle Dudash, RDN
I am excited and pleased to announce that we have changed the Dash Dinners brand name to Spicekick and are currently rolling out our new look and packaging.
While we absolutely loved the name Dash Dinners, the new brand name Spicekick™ more accurately reflects spice kits that can help people at all meal occasions. Our Tuna Salad Spice Kit quickly rose to become our number one selling spice kit, showing how home cooks are looking for help with seasoning at lunchtime, too, and rely on us week after week for wholesome, nutritious meals.
I am super excited for our new logo and look, designed by Indianapolis-based branding and creative studio Matinee Creative, which includes our new tagline: Your sidekick in the kitchen.
While I know many of you loved our adorable kraft paper packaging we have used since the beginning, we have shifted to a more durable packaging that can withstand being in grocery stores, while also helping keeping the spices inside fresher for your home-cooked meals. The newly designed, pre-printed packaging brings the features and benefits to life in a fun way for home cooks to enjoy. The packaging also features an official Nutrition Facts Label and UPC code.
I hope that you love the new packaging as much as we do!
We have made an initial small batch and have launched the new packaging on our website spicekick.com. Come January 2022, we will transition our partners Joe's Butcher Shop, Market Wagon, and the Carmel Farmers Market to our new packaging, as we build up inventory of the new packaging.
We plan for additional retailers to carry Spicekick as well, continuing with high-quality butcher shops and specialty food stores.
Please reach out to me with any questions.
Thank you for your continued support.
