Spicekick® Halloween Taco Dip is a fun and festive way to spice up your seven layer dip for party guests.
Ingredients
-
1 packet Spicekick® Taco Seasoning Packet
-
1 cup sour cream, plus ½ cup to make the web
-
1 can refried beans
-
2 cups well-drained fresh pico de gallo salsa (18 ounce container)
-
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
-
Black olives to make spider
Directions
Spread the beans on the bottom of a clear, round dish to begin the layers.
Combine 2 tablespoons Spicekick® Taco Seasoning with 1 cup sour cream, spread over bean layer.
Make Spicekick® Guacamole with the avocados, lime juice, jalapenos and Spicekick® Taco seasoning, and spread over sour cream layer.
Using a piping bag or ziplock bag with the tip cut off, pipe the remaining sour cream in circles on top of the avocados. Use a knife to drag lines through the circles to create a web.
Sprinkle a layer of pico de gallo around the edge of the dish.
Sprinkle a layer of cheddar inside the layer of pico de gallo.
Add the sliced olives to create a spider inside the web.
