Antipasto Platter

Looking for an easy appetizer or side dish? This antipasto platter is easy but impressive. 

 

Arrange burrata or mozzarella cheese, cherry tomatoes, artichoke hearts, roasted bell peppers, olives, marinated mushrooms, canned fava beans, other pickled or roasted vegetables, and crackers or French bread.

Drizzle with Michelle’s Balsamic Vinaigrette, which is simply made with her Spicekick Marinara Spaghetti Seasoning Mix, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and Dijon.
