Ingredients

1 pkg. Spicekick Taco Seasoning

1 1/2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts

1 (10 - 14-oz) can diced or crushed tomatoes (use diced tomatoes with chilies for more spicy heat)

1/3 cup water

Serve with: taco shells, sliced avocado, cheese
Directions
Stovetop:
Preheat large skillet on medium-high heat. Add 2 tsp. oil.
Brown the chicken on one side, about 5 minutes.
Turn Reduce heat to medium-low.
Add spice kit. Pour in tomatoes and 1/3 cup water.
Simmer 10 minutes. Shred with two forks.
Slow Cooker:
Simply combine ingredients (no pre-cooking required). Cook on low for 4-5 hours.

Ingredients:Onion flakes, spices, garlic powder, salt, nutritional yeast flakes, celery flakes.
