Chili Recipe

YOU WILL NEED:

  • 1 pkg. Spicekick Meal Spice Kit
  • 1 lb. beef (trimmed, diced stew meat, bottom, eye of round, or roast; or short ribs or ground)
  • 1 (15-oz) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (14-oz) can crushed tomatoes
  • 3/4 c. water 

   Serve with: diced avocado, shredded cheese, scallions

SLOW COOKER DIRECTIONS:

  1. Add the beef*, kidney beans, and crushed tomatoes to the slow cooker. Add large beef bones if you have them.
  2. Sprinkle in the seasoning mix. Pour in water. Stir. Cover.
  3. Cook on low for 4-7 hours, until beef is tender.

  *You may brown the beef first for added flavor, but it is not necessary.

Ingredients: Dried onion flakes, spices, granulated garlic, dried lime zest, dried apple cider vinegar, sea salt, nutritional yeast flakes, black pepper, dehydrated celery, mushroom powder, carrot powder.
