It is time to start celebrating all things fall, and this Spicekick® Smoky Chili without Beans recipe is a dish your friends and family are going to love! We add smoked paprika to our Spicekick® Chili Seasoning mix to give this recipe a delicious, smoky kick for a fun new take on our classic chili recipe.m Diced sirloin slow cooks for a few hours with tomatoes and beef broth for an incredibly tender and tasty chili we are absolutely loving!

Ingredients
2 pounds beef stew meat, diced 1/4 to 1/2-inch
1 tablespoon cooking oil (like avocado oil)
1 packet (1.4 oz) Spicekick® Chili Seasoning Mix
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 (14.5 ounce) can fire-roasted diced tomatoes
2 cups beef broth
1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon masa harina (fine corn flour)
1/4 cup water
Directions
In a pan over medium-high heat, add oil. When oil is shimmering, add beef to the pan and season with salt and pepper. Brown while stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the Spicekick seasoning and paprika.
Add the tomatoes and beef broth.
Simmer 2-3 hours.
During the last 15 minutes of cooking: Whisk the masa harina into 1/4 cup water to make a slurry, then stir into the chili. Simmer until thickened.
Serve with shredded cheese, avocado, and lime wedges.
