Ingredients: 1 tablespoon cooking oil, like avocado oil; 1 pound lean ground beef; 1 packet Spicekick Chili Seasoning; 1/2 (6-oz) can tomato paste; 2 cups beef broth; 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon cocoa powder; 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar; 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon; 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne or crushed red pepper flakes; 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves; Optional toppings: shredded cheese, diced onion, kidney beans, fermented sauerkraut and jalapenos

This chili is fantastic in a bowl, on top of a chili dog, or over spaghetti like they do in Cincinnati, Ohio. Serve with the toppings of your choice, such as shredded cheese, diced onions, kraut, or kidney beans.
