Sizzling fajitas have never been easier! Use your favorite Spicekick® Taco Seasoning mix to whip up delicious, mouth-watering fajitas in this quick and easy air fryer recipe.

Ingredients

For the chicken:

1 ¼ pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs, trimmed and cut into strips
1 (1.3 oz) packet Spicekick® Taco Seasoning Mix (save 1 TBSP. for guacamole)
Juice of ½ lime
1 TBSP cooking oil, like avocado or canola oil

For the vegetables:

1 bell pepper, cut into strips
1 zucchini, sliced into half moons
4 oz. mushrooms, sliced
½ onion, cut into thin strips
1 TBSP cooking oil
Salt and pepper

Directions

To make the chicken:

In a bowl or on the cutting board, combine the chicken, seasoning mix, lime juice, and oil.
Place in the top air fryer basket.* Turn on the air fryer to 425F and cook until done, about 8- 10 minutes, stirring halfway through.

To make the vegetables:

Drizzle the vegetables with 1 tablespoon oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place in the bottom air fryer basket.*
Turn on the air fryer to 425F and cook until done, about 6-8 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Serve with tortillas, Spicekick® Guacamole, cheese, sour cream, and salsa.

*If using a single drawer air fryer, combine chicken and vegetables, cooking for 12-15 minutes and stirring a few times throughout as needed.
