If you're wondering how to make chicken salad, look no further! Michelle's chicken salad recipe is easy and delicious, and all you need is three ingredients: Michelle’s Spicekick® Tuna Salad Seasoning, cooked chicken, and mayonnaise. Squeeze in optional lemon juice.
Enjoy the chicken salad as is, or add fresh ingredients, too, like chopped celery, grapes, and fresh herbs for a delicious summertime salad.
Ingredients

Spicekick® Tuna Salad seasoning mix

3 cups roasted chicken

2/3 cup mayo

1½ teaspoons water
Directions
Combine all the ingredients and stir well.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 15-30 minutes, if desired.
Serve with green salad, crackers, crudites, or bread.
Recipe Note
For the chicken, Michelle recommends using leftover roasted chicken, rotisserie chicken, or even canned chicken. Some grocery stores now sell roasted, chopped chicken by the pound.
