This Spicekick® Taco Cheese Ball is perfect for your holiday get-togethers, and in this recipe we shape it into an adorable pumpkin for Halloween. Easy and delicious!
Ingredients
Spicekick® Taco Seasoning Packet
16 ounces room-temperature cream cheese
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar
2 tablespoons salsa
1 teaspoon minced jalapeno
Chili Cheese Fritos, crushed
1 bell pepper
Directions
Combine cream cheese, seasoning packet, cheddar, salsa and jalapenos in a large bowl
Beat with a mixer until mixed
Scoop onto plastic wrap and use the plastic to form into a 5-inch pumpkin-shaped ball; refrigerate until firm, at least 2 hours.
Unwrap and roll in crushed chili cheese Fritos.
Cut the stem off a bell pepper and use to top the pumpkin. Serve with crackers, corn chips and bell pepper planks.
