Can I leave an Amazon review for Spicekick if I didn't order through Amazon?
1. How is the shipping through Amazon different from the shipping minimum through the Spicekick website?
If you have an Amazon Prime membership, there is no shipping minimum. You could even get free shipping on our Spicekick Tuna Salad Seasoning Mix 4-pack. Your order will generally arrive within one to two days of ordering and fulfillment, depending on where you are located.
If you don't have an Amazon Prime membership, there is a $25 order minimum for free shipping and your order will arrive within five to eight days after all of your items are available to ship, including pre-order items.
If you place an order on the Spicekick website, there is a $39 minimum order.
2. Which Spicekick spice packets are on Amazon?
These are all of the products we have made available through and fulfilled by Amazon:
- Spicekick Taco Seasoning Mix (4-pack)
- Spicekick Sampler Pack (7-pack)
- Spicekick Chili Seasoning Mix (4-pack)
- Spicekick Tuna Salad Seasoning Mix (4-pack)
- Spicekick Tikka Masala Seasoning Mix (4-pack)
- Spicekick Spaghetti Seasoning Mix (4-pack)
- Spicekick Chili Seasoning Mix (4-pack)
- Spicekick Yellow Curry Seasoning Mix (4-pack)
- Spicekick Variety Pack (4-pack)
- Spicekick Ramen Seasoning Mix (4-pack)
3. Can I purchase a Spicekick spice subscription through Amazon?
Currently, the Spicekick spice subscriptions (monthly, bi-monthly, twi-monthly, or quarterly) are available exclusively through the Spicekick website. To subscribe, simply click the desired product and the "subscription" button. You may skip months or cancel at any time before your next scheduled order date for our subscription spices.
4. What is better for your company--to order through Spicekick directly? Or Amazon?
I always tell my friends and family, "Buy my seasoning mixes wherever is easiest for you." If Amazon is easier for you, by all means, do it. Sure, they collect a commission, like all of my wholesale customers. But if you are always on Amazon, you're probably much more likely to keep my spice packets stocked in your pantry.
While you're there, we would love it if you could leave an Amazon review for Spicekick and let potential buyers know what you think. Reviews really do help!
5. Are there other benefits of ordering your spice packets through Amazon instead of through you directly?
Since we are headquartered in Indianapolis, you may get your order sooner if you live on the West coast. Our seasoning packets are sent to Amazon fulfillment centers all over the United States, including those on the West coast.
We ship orders under 1 pound through USPS First Class Mail and we ship orders over 1 pound through UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.
6. Can I leave an Amazon review for Spicekick if I didn't order through Amazon?
If you ordered Spicekick through Amazon, you can leave a review two days after you place your order.
If you ordered Spicekick through somewhere besides Amazon, we invite you to write your review on our Spicekick website or through our Google Reviews page. Simply Google "Spicekick Indianapolis," and you will see it pop up on the right side of the search results.
