Your guests will never guess this Spicekick® Whipped Ricotta Bruschetta Board was put together in just 10 minutes! It doesn't get much easier - just whip up ricotta cheese and Spicekick® Marinara Seasoning mix, spread onto a board and add your toppings. This recipe will fly off the table - not only is it quick and easy to make, it is a crowd pleaser your guests will devour.
Ingredients

1 (16-ounce) container whole-milk ricotta cheese

1/2 packet Spicekick® Marinara seasoning (1 Tablespoon)

1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved

Extra-virgin olive oil, for drizzling

Baguette toasts (crostini) or crackers
Directions
In a stand mixer with the whisk attachment, whip ricotta cheese on high speed for a few minutes. Add the Spicekick® Marinara seasoning mix and mix a bit longer until well incorporated.
If prepping ahead, put the mixture back in the cheese container, cover, and chill until ready to use.
When ready to serve, smear the cheese on a plate or in a wide shallow dish. Sprinkle the tomatoes on top. Drizzle with olive oil.
Serve with crostini or crackers.
