Air Fryer Meatballs
These air fryer meatballs are so easy and delicious and ready in just 30 minutes. It just takes a handful of ingredients to make these meatballs in air fryer: ground beef, premium Italian seasoning (like my Spicekick Spaghetti seasoning mix), breadcrumbs, milk, and an egg. Simmer the meatballs in a big can of crushed tomatoes.

The air fryer meatballs don't need to be fried in a lot of oil. Just lightly brush the meatballs before putting in the air fryer for a perfectly browned surface.
Ingredients
For the Air Fryer Meatballs:
-
2 tablespoons milk
-
3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
-
1 pound lean ground beef
-
1 packet Spicekick Spaghetti seasoning mix
-
1 egg
-
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
For the Spaghetti Sauce:
-
1 (28-oz) can crushed tomatoes
-
1 packet Spicekick Spaghetti seasoning mix
Directions
To make the Spaghetti Sauce:
Combine crushed tomatoes and Spicekick Spaghetti seasoning mix in a slow cooker. Set on high heat.
To Make the Air Fryer Meatballs:
Preheat air fryer on air fry setting on 400 degrees F.
Pour milk into medium mixing bowl. Sprinkle in breadcrumbs. Add the beef and Spicekick Spaghetti seasoning mix. Add the egg. Stir with hands or a fork until well combined.
Pour half the oil into a wide shallow dish or plate.
Shape the meat into meatballs, about 1 ½ tablespoons each*, placing them into the shallow dish. Drizzle the meatballs with the remaining half of oil and gently roll the meatballs in the oil to coat evenly.
Place the meatballs in the air fryer in a single layer. Cook 5 minutes, until browned.
Place the meatballs into the sauce and simmer about 10 minutes.
Recipe Note
*To shape the meatballs, I use a small mashed potato scoop or meatball press. If you have neither, use a tablespoon and your hands to shape.
