This is a light, yet satisfying one-pot chicken ramen recipe you can whip up in under 30 minutes with Michelle’s Spicekick® Ramen Seasoning Mix.
Start by lightly sautéing mushrooms (or your favorite vegetable).
Next, add your protein. In this dish, we’re using chicken thighs, which simmer nicely in the broth.
Then, add the liquid; since we’re making chicken ramen, we add chicken broth and water.
Next add the Spicekick® Ramen Seasoning Mix, which contains plenty of ginger, garlic, scallions, and mushroom powder for that delicious umami taste.
Finally, bring to a low boil and add the ramen noodles. Allow to simmer until the ramen is cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
Serve with soft-boiled ramen eggs, and bean sprouts. Michelle also likes to add fresh cilantro.
